This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and has no forms. We do not collect any personal data when you visit it.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your name, work email, role and the content of your message to reply and to discuss our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We keep this correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Business outreach

We may contact people at UK payment and e-money firms using business contact details published by those firms or on professional networks, to offer our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will not contact you again.

Clients

When we carry out a review, we process documents you share under a written confidentiality agreement and only for that engagement. We ask clients not to share customer personal data.

Who we share data with

We use Google Workspace for email and file storage. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing suliat@pourparler.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
